Sam Johnson was born in Kingcome inlet in 1927. He was taught to carve by Mungo Martin and has made many unique and powerful pieces over his lifetime. Sam's sons are currently following in their fathers footsteps as well making beautiful pieces after their fathers example. His family crest is the Raven.
